History
The origin of the founding
A feeling born from the frustration experienced during the time stationed overseas. From the founder's experience working abroad, they became aware of people struggling with language and systemic barriers. This gave rise to the desire to create a society where foreigners working in Japan do not have to endure the same hardships.
Employment support for foreign residents
Launch of employment support project. Started an employment support project to help highly skilled foreign residents find jobs where they can fully utilize their skills.
